Hello friends!
Some of you may have picked up a copy of the new Style at Home Organizing special issue recently. On newstands until early 2013, it’s chock full of great ideas for organizing every room of your house! I for one can always use help on the home organizing front, and so last week I picked up my own copy to glean some tips, but also because I knew that a photo of Carys’ old bedroom had found its way in the issue. Take a peek down at the bottom corner of the section on kids rooms and you’ll see a picture of the bookshelf in her old room.
The funny part is that when I told my husband they were using a picture of mine in a special organizing issue, he frowned and gave me a skeptical look and said “they’re putting YOU in a magazine about organizing??”…. Husbands!

Your daughter’s room is beautiful. I don’t think I had ever seen it before so I’m glad you included photos. This makes me want to do my daughter’s next room in soft, soothing colors. I love the tea party set-up with the framed family photos.
